Attorney Laumann was born and raised in Wisconsin, graduating from Palmyra Eagle High in 1987.  In 1992, Attorney Laumann graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Political Science.  After attending The Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, Attorney Laumann moved to Maryland in 1997, where he began the Law Office of Joseph Laumann in June 1998.
